Time spent in the Library

picture4

I snapped this pic using my cell phone. This is how SFSU Library looks on a regular day, total silence, just books! I spend around 2-3 hours in this library almost every day because my first class is from 9 to 10:15 am, and the second is from 2:10 to 3:25 pm.

I have a few hours to kill, so I do that in the library. It gives me enough time to do a little bit of everything. Today I have this Middle East Map Quiz, and I will try memorizing all the weird city names in that region!

I also have to get my Student ID, known as OneCard here, because I have this quiz on Thursday in my Management class, and as there are over 600 students in the class, the professor is very anal about things, and very rightly so. He will deduct 5 points if you don’t show the ID to the G.A at the end of the quiz when submitting the scantron.

The strange thing about this library is I never get to sit at the same spot every day, I mean, it’s so huge and is made like a maze that once I leave my spot, I don’t know if I will be using it again the next day. It’s no big deal, but WiFi strength at some of the spots is really good, and I am a sucker for rapid fast internet. Trust me, I have had my dial-up days. Horrible!

Connected at 54 Mbps right now, usually, its 11 Mbps. I guess this is a nice spot, I should make a map of it or something, but then again, no guarantee that this spot will be vacant when I come here next.
