Zahid Lilani – Technology and Social Media for Business

Lots of good basic info on how businesses need to think/plan to use social media.

I particularly liked Chris' comments on his use of Twitter: (1) he promotes other people 12x as much as himself
(2) he replies to people A Lot!
(3) he mixes personal and business
(4) he considers Twitter a "serendipity engine" where you can meet people you did NOT already know.

I like his first advice more than anything else he said. Lately, I have personally realized that listening is the best way to get the feel of what one should blogging about.
